The Netball World Cup 2015 launched its Schools Legacy Program this week.

Netball’s long term viability requires support at both elite and grassroots levels, so I am delighted that Netball Australia is using the excitement surrounding the 2015 Netball World Cup in Sydney to encourage school children to participate in the sport.

It was great to celebrate the launch of this initiative with the students of Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic School and  Australian Netball Diamonds’ Sharni Layton, Madi Robinson and coach Lisa Alexander for the ‘Class of 2015′ School photo.
