Today the Australian Greek community celebrated Greek Independence Day. I had the honour to take part in the memorial service at the Cenotaph with Senator Arthur Sinodinos.
The Australian Greek community should be proud of their many positive contributions to this country – I am glad to see so many people of Sydney sharing the colours, history, festivities and incredible culture on display.
