Homebush West Public School is now set for a $20m redevelopment with 26 new classrooms

Following meetings with the school’s P&C and teachers, I have been lobbying the NSW state government continuously over the past few years on behalf of the community and am absolutely elated with our result.

Homebush West is now set for a $20m redevelopment with 26 new classrooms.

This is a great result for our community! Goes to show the power of local grassroots campaigning and effective representation in parliament.

The population of Homebush is set to grow to 31,000 by 2050. Developments like this help ensure that the needs of future generations are adequately met.

Well done to all involved, and thank you to NSW State Education Minister Adrian Piccoli, Homebush West P&C, Suzanne Ellis, and the teachers and parents who have worked tirelessly for our children’s future.
