Since arriving in Australia in the 60’s we have worked hard to create a better life for ourselves and our children. Over that time we have worked long hours so that we and our children can be given the best opportunity to succeed. We are now immensely proud to be able to say that all of our children went to University and have built successful careers. They are now employing other Australians through their businesses.
We believe that hard work should be rewarded and that our taxation system should be set up to reward effort. We also believe that people should be encouraged to create wealth so that they do not need to rely on government for support.
By encouraging people to stand on their own two feet, there will be more money available for those who really need our support and for investments in health and education.
We love Australia for the opportunity that it has provided for us over the last 50 years. We want to know that the same opportunity will remain for our grandchildren and the new generation of migrants to our beautiful country.
